In the living and dining area you’ll feel you're onboard a ship!

OUTSIDE FEATURES

DECK

  From the living/dining area, partially covered by a pergola providing welcome shade, an expansive area of timber decking with sitting rail extends to the canal front and the finger pier. Your boat could not be closer! A lovely spot to sunbath, enjoy a sun-downer, or dine alfresco! Or relax in the hammock enjoying the view.

PARTIALLY COVERED TERRACE

 The kitchen area and ground floor guest room both lead out onto a Mexican paved and part covered terrace. The covered area measures approx 30’ x 10’, providing a truly huge further living space. Bordered by plants and shrubs, and overlooking the garden, this is another favourite place to eat, sit, drink, relax or just unwind.

BALCONY

Both upper level bedrooms open onto a great balcony (also 30’ x 10’), with views along the waterway, or out to the Sea of Abaco. You can just make out Hopetown lighthouse on nearby Elbow Cay.

All outdoor living areas have appropriate seating and tables.

FINGER PIER

The finger pier will accommodate boats to 55ft (16ft beam), and is connected for electricity and water.
